About Mo

About Me

I'm from The Gambia, and my career has taken me through international development, higher education, and public service. Right now, I support executive leadership at George Washington University while finishing my Master's in Human Resource Management. What I enjoy most is building the systems that let good ideas actually happen: clearer processes, stronger operations, and the kind of follow-through that lets leaders focus on what matters most.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead

My career has been shaped by a simple belief: strong institutions create meaningful change when thoughtful leadership is supported by effective systems.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue serving at the intersection of higher education, international affairs, organizational leadership, and public service. As I build on my experience in executive operations and organizational effectiveness, in time I also hope to pursue doctoral study exploring how leadership, governance, and organizational systems shape stronger institutions and create lasting public impact.

I am committed to a career of continuous learning, thoughtful leadership, and building organizations that create lasting public impact.
